It's been a long journey thus far, and I've truly only begun!
I hope you'll join me as I tell you about my trials and tribulations of making the Prosper Estate Vineyards wines. We've stumbled a few times, cried more than once, but mostly we have laughed, got our hands dirty, tasted our creations, re-tasted them and throughly enjoyed our travels.
I'll have to start from the beginning which was about two years ago on a trip to Napa Valley with a few great friends and some really good wine; but we said, "we can do better...WE'RE TEXANS!"...I've got some catching up to do!
